SCOPE AND OBJECTIVES

ELELE DESTEK is a sub-grant programme within the scope of the Dialogue for Change through Culture and Art Project, supported by the EU and carried out in partnership with Youth Services Center Association (YSC), Flying Broom Foundation and State Theater Opera Ballet Employees Foundation (TOBEF).

ELELE DESTEK; aims to develop the capacity of relatively small CSOs that support rights-based culture and rights-based contemporary individual/collective and creative/artistic expressions through sub-grants, while strengthening their organizational and institutional capacity, and thus improving their capacities.

Description of the activities to be funded / Type of actions

NGOs actively working in the field of culture are expected to develop their capacities in the areas listed below in their project proposals to achieve the above objectives and outputs:

• Administrative Capacity
• Human Resources Management Capacity
• Organization and Event Capacity
• Digital Transformation and Communication Capacity
• Mobility and Network Capacity

ELIGIBILITY & ADMISSIBILITY CRITERIA

Non-profit, legal entities listed below are eligiblie to apply to the ELELE DESTEK Program:

• Society
• Foundation
• Non-profit cooperative

Youth Services Center Society is the contracting authority of the sub-grant and is responsible for its administrative and financial implementation under ELELE DESTEK. Applications are made online through the “Grant Management System” on the www.elele.eu website. Applicants must register in this system in order to submit their project proposal.

FUNDING & RESOURCE ALLOCATION

The available call budget is EUR 1.000.000. 

Lower Limit: 15.000 Euro

Upper Limit: 25.000 Euro
