Purpose of the study; New pharmaceutical and cosmetic products are introduced to the market every year around the world. These drugs and cosmetics can only be marketed after thousands of animal trials. This costs drug development and cosmetics manufacturers billions of dollars each year. Moreover, animal trials are very inefficient. Thanks to this study, it is planned to design and produce a Skin-on-Chip Platform that will not require animal trials.
